How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at care@menrgy.com within 30 days of delivery and provide your order number and the reason for the return.

Our team will review your request and provide you with return instructions. 

Eligible Items

Non-Defective Items (Proper Quality):

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

  • Items must be in resalable condition.

Defective or Damaged Items (Improper Quality):

  • Items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect are eligible for return or replacement. 

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or worn items

  • Items damaged due to misuse

  • Items returned after the 30-day return period

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: Return shipping costs are covered by the seller.

  • Non-defective returns: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process above. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the replacement item.

Refund Processing 

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
